Pharma Polymers offers a state-of-the-art technical customer service facility at our U.S. technical Headquarters in Piscataway, in the Pharmaceutical Industry Corridor of New Jersey. Our 5,000-square-foot pharmaceutical laboratory is designed to provide fullservice formulation development support to pharmaceutical companies working with EUDRAGIT^® polymers for oral drug delivery. The lab is equipped with the latest pharmaceutical coating, pelletization and tableting equipment. Analytical testing is provided

by dedicated staff that can assist customers in the development, feasibility testing and scale-up operations of various solid dosage form projects utilizing EUDRAGIT^® polymers. Our main goal is to offer first-rate customer support by leveraging our staff expertise with the use of the latest technology.

• Fluid-bed system: Glatt GPCG 1 Fluid Bed Coater, top spray: capacity 0,5-2 kg, bottom spray Wurster – capacity 0.2-0.5/0.5-2 kg
• Coating pans: Compu-Lab fully perforated pan coater capacity 0.3-25 kg
• Extruder: LCI Extruder and LCI Bench Top Spheronizer capacity 0.5 & 5 kg
• Tablet presses: Korsch XL 100 – maximum output 72,000 tablets / h and GlobePharma Minipress – maximum output 21,600 tablets / h
• Analytical instruments: dissolution testing, disintegration testing, tablet hardness, friability, bulk/tap density measurement, optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermo-mechanical analysis and viscometry
